Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a System & Network Administrator (Level-I) to oversee IT infrastructure across client environments. The role covers on-premises and cloud servers, networking gear, and security controls, with a focus on uptime and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in system/network administration, strong Microsoft and virtualization experience, and fluent English. US Time Zone alignment is noted; Pakistan location applies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365, AD, and Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs.
• Proficiency with ticketing and remote management tools.
• Experience administering Windows servers and virtualization.
• Excellent English communication and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Administer client network infrastructures, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage on-premises and cloud server environments using Windows Server and virtualization.
• Support Microsoft 365, AD, and Azure environments; manage user/groups.
• Implement firewalls and VPNs to ensure secure remote access.
• Provide Level 1/2 support and use remote tools to resolve issues.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting steps in ticketing systems.
• Monitor performance and assist in disaster recovery planning.
