Job summary

WellnessLiving is seeking a Network/IT Specialist to manage the IT infrastructure at our Islamabad office. The role covers server, network, and user-level support, ensuring reliable operation and security of hardware, software, and networking devices.

You will deploy, maintain and decommission hardware, back up data, assist end users, and monitor performance while following IT policies and standards. A degree in CS/IT and experience with Office 365/Azure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as Network/IT Specialist or similar role.
• Solid understanding of Windows, Office 365 and Azure.
• Experience with ticketing systems and hardware lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by users.
• Backups, disaster recovery, and ticket follow-up.
• Deploy, maintain and decommission IT hardware and workstations.
• Provide technical support and end-user training as needed.
• Maintain security, reliability and efficiency of IT infra.
• Document processes and manage data backups and archives.
• Monitor network performance and minimize downtime.
• Manage LAN hardware, firewalls, switches, APs, and access controls.
• Ensure IT compliance with policies and standards.
