Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. is seeking experienced Multi-Vendor Telecom Wireless (RAN) Engineers/Team Leads across Pakistan to manage multi-vendor deployments (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson) for 2G/3G/4G/5G networks.

The role requires hands-on RF deployment, optimization, HLD/LLD, site config, KPI analysis, and coordination with vendors and operators nationwide; strong project management and fluent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical/Telecom/Electronics Engineering, HEC attested.
• 3–5+ years for Junior Engineer, 5–8+ for Senior, 8–15+ for Team Lead.
• Hands-on experience with Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson, or ZTE base stations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise wireless deployment and RF optimization to meet rollout targets.
• Oversee HLD/LLD for wireless networks including cell site dimensioning and RAN connectivity.
• Oversee site configuration, commissioning, and integration of NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB with core.
• Analyze RF KPIs and optimize coverage, capacity, and backhaul.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and operator departments; drive onsite delivery.

Job description

Job Overview:

One of the leading Chinese technology companies is looking for experienced Multi-Vendor Telecom Wireless (RAN) Engineers / Team Leads across Pakistan, with strong hands-on experience in multi-vendor telecommunications wireless infrastructure, including Huawei, Nokia, and/or Ericsson wireless equipment across 2G/3G/4G/5G (GUL/NR) Radio Access Networks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise wireless deployment and RF optimization engineers to ensure timely delivery of rollout targets and project milestones.
• Oversee HLD and LLD for wireless radio networks, including cell site dimensioning, hardware configurations, and RAN connectivity (BBU/RRU/AAU mapping).
• Oversee site configuration, commissioning, and integration of NodeB, eNodeB, and gNodeB platforms with the core network.
• Analyze RF KPIs (drop rates, CSSR, throughput, latency) and optimize network coverage and capacity.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors, subcontractors, and internal operator departments.
• Leverage digital deployment tools (Huawei ISDP) to monitor acceptance quality reports and drive automated site delivery.

Skill Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Huawei BBU3900/BBU5900, RRU, and AAU hardware lines.
• Multi-vendor RAN integration across Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson, or Nokia base stations.
• Experience in Network Swaps, Single RAN upgrades, Spectrum Refarming, or 5G NSA/SA commercial rollouts.
• Proficiency in NMS & OSS platforms (Huawei U2020 / MAE).
• Strong understanding of RF propagation, link budgets, massive MIMO, beamforming, and IP backhaul integration.
• Experience in Field Maintenance (FM), NOC environments, or working with Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone/PTCL preferred.
• Nationwide field/project deployment experience preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, project management, subcontractor negotiation, and fluent professional communication.
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Telecom, or Electronics Engineering. Terminal degree must be attested by HEC Pakistan.
