TCL Middle East & Africa Business Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead the Pakistan market for mobile phone products. You will build and manage distributors, dealers and key accounts, drive channel growth, and coordinate cross-functional activities with product, marketing and supply chain teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Marketing, English, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of international sales experience, including minimum 2 years overseas sales of mobile phones or telecom terminals.
• Strong market insight, customer acquisition and channel management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead business development and sales of the company's mobile phone products in Pakistan.
• Build and manage local distributors, dealers, and retail channels; develop key accounts and negotiate partnerships.
• Monitor local market demand and competitor activity; work with product team on portfolio, launches and pricing.
• Collaborate with marketing and retail teams on product launches and in-store promotions.
• Manage sales forecasts, orders, channel inventory, and collections; work with supply chain and finance to mitigate risks.
• Develop long-term partnerships with key accounts and expand market share.
