Job summary

Telenor ASA is seeking an experienced Global Roaming Coordinator to join the TLX unit in Pakistan. You will coordinate the operational rollout plan, establish active contact with roaming partners, and lead testing and launches while ensuring documentation is up to date.

The role requires 7+ years in roaming or telecom operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work across cultures with global teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in mobile roaming or telecom operations.
• Experience coordinating roaming rollout or similar functions.
• Masters/Bachelor's degree with basic technical understanding of mobile roaming.
• Proactive, structured, and cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication with roaming partners.
• Support negotiation and coordination of International Roaming Agreements (IRAs).
• Drive testing, implementation, and launch of roaming services.
• Monitor progress against rollout plans and highlight risks or delays.
• Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in relevant systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams across multiple regions.
