Job summary

PRG Pakistan is seeking a skilled Microsoft Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our Microsoft-based infrastructure. You will ensure performance, security, and reliability of Microsoft servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and related technologies.

You will lead enterprise-wide M365 architecture, migrate from legacy systems to the Microsoft cloud stack, and oversee SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange while monitoring security, access, and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Certifications: MS-700, MS-100, AZ-104 or equivalents preferred
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft tenant administration, user identity, policies
• Experience with hybrid environments and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-wide M365 architecture.
• Lead migration from legacy systems to Microsoft cloud stack.
• Manage SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange.
• Monitor uptime, user access, security, and governance compliance.
• Provide tier-3 escalation support and user enablement.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Microsoft Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our Microsoft-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the optimal performance, security, and reliability of Microsoft servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and related technologies. This is a system monitoring role that requires you to be responsible for the troubleshooting, patch management, user support, and participation in IT projects.

Key Responsibilities (Shared):

• Design and implement enterprise-wide M365 architecture.
• Lead migration from legacy systems to Microsoft cloud stack.
• Manage SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange.
• Monitor uptime, user access, security, and governance compliance.
