Job summary

SentinalCore is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and virtualization in a multi-site environment.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, implement security best practices, manage backups, disaster recovery, and document SOPs while guiding junior engineers. A minimum of 5+ years in system administration and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in system administration and enterprise IT support.
• Strong Windows/AD/M365 skills, virtualization, and backup experience.
• Good troubleshooting and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, storage, backups, and network services.
• Implement system security, patching, endpoint protection, and access controls.
• Monitor performance, investigate incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and system recovery processes.
• Document infrastructure, configurations, SOPs, and provide guidance to junior IT engineers.
• Maintain high availability and support cross-team IT initiatives.
