Role Description

The Meta Ads Expert will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility for Sufyan Law Associates. Day-to-day tasks include audience research, setting up campaigns and ad sets, writing and testing ad creatives, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve results. The role also involves coordinating with the firm’s leadership to understand service offerings, aligning campaigns with business goals, and preparing regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, requiring consistent presence at the office and close collaboration with the internal team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Strong skills in ad creative development, including copywriting, basic visual design coordination, and A/B testing of creatives.
• Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS), and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including remarketing, conversion tracking, and funnel-based lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate legal services into clear, client-focused messaging.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Prior experience running lead-generation campaigns for service-based businesses; experience in legal or professional services is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Lahore and collaborating closely with legal professionals in a confidential and ethical environment.
