You will train on-site and in classrooms, developing technical skills while adhering to safety and quality standards. The program emphasizes hands-on experience and growth within a leading energy technology company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an HEC-recognized university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• No/limited experience required for entry.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites across Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop technical skills on the job as well as during classroom training.
• Perform a variety of activities assigned by the team leader and manager.
• Travel to different sites and gain practical experience in new work zones.
• Observe environmental, health, and safety guidelines always.
