Qualifications

• Graduation in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on maintenance experience of internal combustion engines.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and engine overhauls.
• Good cultural knowledge, communication and teamwork; strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain maintenance training standards for personnel.
• Prepare annual plant maintenance plan and budgets with supervision.
• Carry out tasks with minimum downtime while ensuring quality.
• Establish O&M policies and procedures per Wärtsilä requirements.
• Supervise maintenance team to keep plant equipment in safe, efficient condition.
• Schedule overhauls and provide outage schedules to teams and contractors.
