Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that develop conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs and use formative and summative assessment to monitor progress.
• Create clear lesson plans, learning objectives and supportive materials.
• Manage classroom behaviour with consistent, positive routines and maintain accurate records of attendance and assessments.
• Maintain assessment records, prepare reports and meet timelines tied to the school calendar.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and school leaders to design scope, sequence and assessments.
• Contribute to school start-up activities and faculty development.
