Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or related field (required).
• 2-5 years of experience in Mathematics teaching and academic coordination or departmental leadership.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment, and instructional leadership.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and delivery of the Mathematics curriculum.
• Monitor teaching quality, lesson plans, and student performance.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide instructional feedback to Mathematics teachers.
• Coordinate assessments, examinations, and result analysis to improve student outcomes.
• Mentor and support Mathematics teachers through coaching and professional development.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with school and examination board requirements.
• Maintain academic records and prepare departmental reports.
• Collaborate with school leadership to implement strategies for continuous improvement in Mathematics.
