ATCO Laboratories Limited is seeking a Material Planning Associate (Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager) to safeguard timely material availability for production. You will oversee inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and resolve shortages to prevent production stoppages.

The role requires 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector, and proficiency with SAP MM / MRP to drive efficient material flow across operations.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in material planning or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and material movements using SAP MM / MRP.
• Ensure timely availability of materials based on production schedules and BOM requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries, lead times, and order status.
• Resolve material shortages, delays, and excess deliveries to avoid production disruptions.
• Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate material records.
• Analyse inventory data and prepare regular reports for management.
