Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, proactive MarTech & Marketing Automation Specialist (AI Solutions) with 1–2 years of experience who can connect the dots between modern marketing tools, practical AI applications, client communication, and cross-functional coordination. This is a dynamic, hands‑on, client‑facing role where you will work directly with clients to understand their business challenges, demonstrate Genifem's AI tools, configure and test conversational agent workflows, set up marketing automation triggers, and coordinate with internal creative and technical team members to ensure smooth delivery. No software engineering or coding background is required, but you should be tech‑savvy, naturally curious about emerging AI platforms, comfortable with no-code automation and CRM tools, and confident speaking directly with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a dependable day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Host client discovery calls, project check‑ins, product walkthroughs, and progress updates.
• Translate business goals, customer journeys, and operational workflows into clear internal task briefs.
• Collect client feedback, coordinate revisions, track user adoption, and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Conduct live walkthroughs and demos of Genifem's AI agents and automation solutions in clear, business‑friendly terms.
• Assist in mapping agent logic, prompt structures, knowledge bases, escalation rules, and everyday user scenarios.
• Test and validate AI agents before and after deployment, reviewing conversation logs to improve response quality.
• Research emerging generative AI tools, prompt techniques, and no‑code platforms to expand Genifem's capabilities.
• Help design and implement practical email/SMS sequences, CRM pipeline stages, and multi‑channel campaign automations.
• Support marketing and lead‑generation initiatives for Genifem and its partner clients.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify practical ways AI tools can enhance routine marketing workflows.
• Keep up with modern MarTech, CRM, and digital customer engagement trends.
• Guide clients and their teams through onboarding to ensure smooth adoption of their new AI and automation tools.
• Create straightforward user guides, quick Loom video walkthroughs, or reference documentation as needed.
• Identify usage friction early and provide proactive support to ensure client success.
• Coordinate deliverables across internal content, design, technical, and marketing contributors.
• Maintain organized project boards, action items, and timelines to ensure all milestones are met on schedule.
• Review work quality before presenting deliverables to clients to ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements & Skills

• 1–2 years of professional experience in marketing automation, MarTech, CRM coordination, digital marketing, client success, or tech consulting.
• Hands‑on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Perplexity, or similar productivity platforms).
• Excellent written and spoken English with the poise to conduct professional virtual meetings with overseas or regional clients.
• Demonstrated project coordination skills with strong organization, detail orientation, and task management.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly master new web applications, software platforms, and digital workflows.
• Nice‑to‑Have: Hands‑on exposure to no-code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make) or CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign).
• Nice‑to‑Have: Foundational understanding of prompt engineering or conversational agent workflows.
• Nice‑to‑Have: Experience supporting small‑to‑medium businesses (SMBs), e‑commerce, hospitality, or service‑based businesses.
• Nice‑to‑Have: Basic conceptual understanding of APIs and webhooks (no coding required).

Work Details & Compliance

• Time Commitment: 40 hours per week, full‑time commitment required
• Engagement: Independent Contractor (Full-time commitment)
• Taxes: As an independent contractor, you are responsible for reporting your income and paying applicable personal income taxes in Pakistan (FBR).
• Intellectual Property: All project documentation, workflows, templates, marketing assets, and client deliverables created remain the exclusive property of Genifem.
• Confidentiality: Client materials, proprietary agent workflows, and internal architectures are strictly confidential and subject to non‑disclosure.
• Work Eligibility: Candidates must have legal authorization to work and receive bank transfers in Pakistan.
