Genifem is seeking a MarTech & Marketing Automation Specialist (AI Solutions) with 1–2 years of experience for a 100% remote role based in Pakistan. You will connect modern marketing tools with practical AI applications, no‑code automation, and CRM workflows, working directly with clients to understand challenges and demonstrate Genifem's AI capabilities.

Qualifications

1–2 years of professional experience in marketing automation, MarTech, CRM coordination, digital marketing, client success, or tech consulting.
Hands‑on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Perplexity, or similar productivity platforms).
Excellent written and spoken English with the poise to conduct professional virtual meetings with overseas or regional clients.
Demonstrated project coordination skills with strong organization, detail orientation, and task management.

Responsibilities

Serve as a dependable day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Host client discovery calls, project check‑ins, product walkthroughs, and progress updates.
Translate business goals, customer journeys, and operational workflows into clear internal task briefs.
