Job summary

Aetheria Group in Islamabad is building a new lead generation team for a London-headquartered FinTech business, operating for 23 years with offices in the UK, Cyprus and Pakistan. We are looking for an AI automation specialist to design, build and maintain workflows that let that team operate faster, more consistently and with far better measurement.

You will not replace any marketers; you will give them tools to remove routine work so they can focus on outreach quality and warm leads, which are

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience building automations or integrations using code, low-code or no-code tools.
• Practical experience of AI and large language models in a business setting, including prompt design and quality control of output.
• Understanding of sales funnels, CRM data and how marketing activity turns into qualified conversations.
• University degree plus further education or certifications in technology, data, software or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work with colleagues in London and Cyprus.
• Strong ethical code and sound judgement, especially with personal data in regulated sectors.
• Experience with CRM platforms, email platforms, workflow automation tools and analytics or dashboards.
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, tracking and website technologies.
• Familiarity with UK GDPR and PECR, and with email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Experience in FinTech, financial services or international B2B markets.

Responsibilities

• Design and run automated workflows that link our systems and keep data clean, consistent and auditable.
• Use AI to produce first drafts of outreach and content, build and clean prospect lists, and schedule activity and posting.
• Compile reporting automatically, including leads generated, meetings booked, conversion rates and cost per lead.
• Support each specialist area: SEO and website specialists—automated content briefs, technical checks and performance reporting.
• LinkedIn direct messaging team—prospect research, message personalisation and follow-up tracking.
• Email marketing specialists—list segmentation, sequence set-up and deliverability monitoring, always within PECR and UK GDPR requirements.
• Work with our proprietary email technology and help us improve it.
• Document every workflow, build in human review where AI output reaches a prospect, and monitor quality so that automation never becomes generic or non-compliant outreach.
• The leader of the team sets the plan and strategy; the specialists execute with expertise; you make the whole operation faster and easier to measure.

• Contract: Permanent, full time


• Salary: PKR 200,000 to 450,000 per month, depending on experience


• Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:30 to 21:30 PKT


• Reporting: Digital Marketing and Lead Generation leadership, working daily with London, Cyprus and Islamabad colleagues

We are creating a new lead generation team in Islamabad for an established, London-headquartered FinTech business operating for 23 years and counting with offices in the UK, Cyprus and Pakistan. We are looking for an AI automation specialist to design, build and maintain the workflows that let that team operate faster, more consistently and with far better measurement.

You will not replace any of the specialist marketers. You will give them the tools that remove routine, repetitive work, so that they can concentrate on the quality of our outreach and on generating warm leads. Those leads are then passed to our specialists in London and Cyprus, who meet prospects face to face or on video calls, answer their questions and close the business.

The role

You will build and maintain the connections between our CRM, email platform, LinkedIn activity and analytics, and use AI to take on the repetitive work. In practice you will:
