Job summary

Navigatorhr is seeking a GenAI Engineer in Lahore (Onsite) to build and optimize AI-driven systems across development, QA, and deployment, transforming client requirements into structured workflows and intelligent automation.

You will work with Java backend, JavaScript frontend, MongoDB, MySQL, and cloud deployment to deliver production-grade AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications

• BS in Data Sciences from a reputable university.
• 4-6+ years of professional experience with 2-3+ years in AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of .NET is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Organize, test, and improve AI-drivenGenAI systems and initiatives.
• Build evaluation frameworks to assess and improve AI performance.
• Research and integrate state-of-the-art open-source AI models.
• Develop AI-powered automation to convert client requirements into epics, tasks, and workflows.
• Automate effort estimation, task breakdown, and intelligent assignment across teams.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering solutions.
• Build data pipelines and integration architectures for improved performance and reduced latency.
• Develop and deploy production-grade AI solutions.
• Work with LLMs, vector databases, and implement hallucination detection mechanisms.
• Integrate AI systems with existing stack (Java backend, JavaScript MUI frontend, MongoDB & MySQL, Cloud deployment).
• Ensure automation across development lifecycle including QA, staging, and deployment.

Location: Onsite

- *Salary Range:* PKR 200,000-300,000

- *Location:* DHA Phase 3, Lahore

- *Working Hours:* 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Role Overview

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer who can build and optimize AI-driven systems while automating the end-to-end software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming client requirements into structured workflows and enabling intelligent automation across development, QA, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on GenAI initiatives including organizing, testing, and improving AI-driven systems
• Build evaluation frameworks to assess and improve AI performance
• Research and integrate state-of-the-art open-source AI models
• Develop AI-powered automation to convert client requirements into epics, tasks, and workflows
• Automate effort estimation, task breakdown, and intelligent assignment across teams
