Job summary

Compass Training and Consultancy is seeking Customer Support Representatives to manage high-volume product catalogues on Amazon, eBay, and a Magento-based website. This execution-focused role ensures listings are accurate, compliant, and correctly priced, following SOPs under the Marketplace Team Lead.

You will work daily in Amazon Seller Central, handle bulk uploads, monitor listing health, and support FBA tasks while maintaining cross-platform consistency for a branded resale model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Familiarity with listing templates and bulk uploads.
• Knowledge of Amazon listing policies and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain high-volume listings across Amazon, eBay, and Magento website.
• Ensure listings are accurate, complete, compliant, and correctly priced using brand assets.
• Update titles, bullet points, specifications, attributes, and pricing regularly.
• Handle bulk listing updates using flat files and structured templates.
• Monitor and resolve listing suppressions, errors, and missing attributes.
• Maintain accuracy in catalogue changes to avoid suppressions or Buy Box issues.
• Work daily inside Amazon Seller Central.
• Raise and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support for listing, catalogue, and FBA issues.
• Support Account Health by addressing listing-level violations and warnings.
• Escalate complex issues to Marketplace Team Lead when needed.
• Support FBA-related listing tasks, including SKU setup and stranded inventory fixes.
• Monitor returns-related listing issues and escalate trends.
• Ensure cross-platform consistency across Amazon, eBay, and Magento.
• Follow SOPs to maintain catalogue stability.
