Compass Training and Consultancy is looking for Customer Support Representatives for one of our client organisations.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of a high-volume product catalogue across Amazon and other marketplaces. The business operates a branded resale / wholesale model, and the role focuses on listing accuracy, compliance, pricing updates, and operational execution rather than brand building or marketing.
The role is execution-focused and works under the direction of the Marketplace Team Lead.

- Ensure listings are accurate, complete, compliant, and correctly priced using existing brand assets
- Perform regular updates to titles, bullet points, specifications, attributes, and pricing where required
- Handle bulk listing updates using flat files and structured templates
- Monitor and resolve listing suppressions, errors, and missing attributes
- Ensure a high level of accuracy in all catalogue changes, avoiding errors that could cause suppressions, pricing issues, or Buy Box loss
Amazon Seller Central Operations
- Work daily inside Amazon Seller Central
- Raise and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support for listing, catalogue, and FBA-related issues
- Support Account Health by addressing listing-level violations and warnings as assigned
- Escalate complex or uncertain issues to the Marketplace Team Lead rather than making unilateral changes
Inventory & Returns Support
- Support FBA-related listing tasks, including SKU setup issues, stranded inventory fixes, and listing-related FBA errors
- Monitor returns-related listing issues and elevate trends where required
Cross-Platform Execution
- Ensure listing and pricing consistency across Amazon, eBay, and Magento
- Follow defined SOPs and operational processes to maintain catalogue stability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of hands‑on Amazon listings experience, preferably within large or complex catalogues
- Strong, daily working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with flat files, bulk uploads, and listing templates
- Basic understanding of Amazon listing policies and compliance requirements
- Good written and verbal English communication
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing eBay listings
- Familiarity with Magento-based e-commerce platforms
- Experience working within a branded resale / wholesale Amazon model
