SPERTON - Where Great People Meet in Karachi is seeking a Marketing Executive to grow a healthcare clinic’s brand, manage social media across platforms, and drive patient acquisition for dermatology and aesthetic services. This full-time onsite role supports collaboration with doctors and cross-functional teams.

You will plan content, coordinate shoots, write captions, run targeted ads, engage with prospects, and deliver weekly performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare or aesthetic clinic marketing.
• Proficiency with Canva and CapCut for content creation and editing.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Urdu.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Content Creation: Coordinate shoots with doctors, write captions, and edit short-form videos.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted digital ads and seasonal promotions for dermatology and aesthetic services.
• Patient Engagement & Lead Management: Respond to inquiries and track leads through conversion.
• Performance Analytics: Track post and campaign metrics and deliver weekly growth reports.
• Brand & Influencer Marketing: Maintain brand voice and coordinate influencer partnerships.

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and energetic "Marketing Executive" for one of our client's from healthcare industry in Karachi to join their team on full-time onsite basis to grow the clinic’s brand, manage social media platforms, and drive patient acquisition for our specialized dermatological and aesthetic services.

What You'll Do?

• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish consistent content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Content Creation: Coordinate video and photo shoots with doctors, write engaging captions, and edit high-performing short-form videos and reels using modern editing tools.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted digital ads, seasonal promotions, and patient awareness campaigns for specialized treatments (including skin care, hair treatments, and psoriasis management).
• Patient Engagement & Lead Management: Monitor and respond to direct messages and comments, handle prospective patient inquiries, and track incoming leads through conversion.
• Performance Analytics: Track post and campaign performance metrics, and deliver comprehensive weekly growth reports.
• Brand & Influencer Marketing: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints and coordinate marketing partnerships and collaborations with relevant influencers.

Who You're?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (with a preference for candidates from CBM, IBM, Greenwich, or SZABIST).
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience, with prior experience in healthcare or aesthetic clinic marketing preferred.
• Strong content creation capabilities backed by proficiency in design tools like Canva and video editing apps like CapCut.
• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and Urdu.
• Self-motivated and organized self-starter capable of independently managing content shoots, cross-functional tasks, and tight deadlines.
