CS Outsource is seeking a Marketing Analyst to drive quality assurance within marketing initiatives and coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in Lahore. The role focuses on designing and executing test plans, validating features, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in Marketing and QA, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while upholding high standards of quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Marketing and QA supervision or QA oversight.
• Experience in managing teams and driving process improvements.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and document comprehensive test cases and testing strategies.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections of features, workflows, and client experience; identify, log, and communicate defects with clear technical detail.
• Collaborate with developers, managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, address quality concerns, and ensure alignment on testing scope.
• Support client success by proactively communicating test results, quality assessments, and release readiness; serve as a reliable point of contact for QA matters.
• Manage sensitive client and company information and confidential data with appropriate discretion and professional standards.
• Own end-to-end QA workflows; coordinate testing schedules, track metrics, document findings, and elevate issues as needed.
• Stay current with QA tools, testing frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Prepare quality reports and findings for review by product and leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, with the ability to engage thoughtfully with technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage client expectations, and maintain the highest standards of quality. You will serve as a quality partner to the team, ensuring product excellence while supporting cross-functional initiatives with precision and professionalism.

• Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate quality findings and operational insights to diverse audiences including clients and executives.
• Sharp attention to detail with the ability to identify inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and performance issues.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and maintain professional discretion with confidential information.
• Strong experience providing content creation, editing, lead generation, CRMs, workflow optimization and SEO management.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong report writing and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Able to work independently and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
