Global Research Trends in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Sampling Analyst to support market research projects. You will manage sampling requirements, assist recruitment, monitor sample progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

The role requires VICIdial/CATI experience, solid Excel/Sheets skills, attention to data quality, and the ability to work with quotas, fieldwork teams, and multiple projects. On-site work in Lahore, with potential for international studies, will be expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sampling, market research operations, survey fieldwork, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with VICIdial or a similar CATI/call-center platform.
• Understanding of telephone interviewing, respondent recruitment, quotas, and sampling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage sampling requirements for market research and survey projects.
• Review project specs, target audiences, quotas, and sample needs.
• Prepare and manage sample lists for telephone and online research.
• Set up and manage calling campaigns using VICIdial or similar CATI systems.
• Monitor calling activity, contact rates, response rates, and progress.
• Track completed interviews against quotas and targets; identify gaps.
• Coordinate with project managers, interviewers, and fieldwork teams.
• Prepare sampling and fieldwork reports; monitor progress and deadlines.
