Job summary

HR Ways is seeking a Manager – Qualitative to lead and manage qualitative research projects from proposal development through final delivery in Lahore. You will oversee fieldwork, moderation, analysis, reporting and client management, building strong relationships and mentoring junior researchers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in qualitative research, strong leadership, and excellent communication, with proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, Psychology, or related field.
• 4–6 years of qualitative research experience.
• Hands-on experience with FGDs, IDIs, ethnography, observational studies, online communities, and immersion studies.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative research projects from proposal to final delivery.
• Oversee fieldwork planning, moderation, and vendor coordination.
• Analyze transcripts and field notes to derive insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop high-quality client reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and manage expectations.
• Mentor and develop junior researchers.
