Job summary

Nautica Offshore Ltd. is seeking an entry level Marine Coordinator to support safe, timely marine operations. You will assist with vessel movements, crew and contractor coordination, documentation, logistics and daily operational reporting.

The role starts with a 3-month Karachi-based probation, after which assignment in Saudi or Bahrain offices, requiring willingness to travel and visit operational sites; strong English is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; internships or exposure to marine, offshore, shipping, port or logistics operations are an advantage.
• Basic understanding of marine terminology, vessel operations and operational documentation.
• Good written and spoken English; Arabic or another relevant language is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Valid driving license and willingness to visit operational sites are preferred where relevant.
