Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for solar PV systems (on-grid/off-grid/hybrid) for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the Karachi region.
• Manage and grow a team of sales executives, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders.
• Liaise with the installation, procurement, and technical teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Understanding of solar PV technology and energy solutions.
