## Manager – Projects & Governance (T&CM)Full Job Details#### Job Description**Department:** Projects & Governance Division, Treasury & Capital Markets Group **Grade:** Band-9 **No. of Positions:** 01### Eligibility Criteria**Qualification:*** Minimum Bachelor’s degree or relevant degree from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university or institute.* Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline.Jobs**Experience:*** Minimum **4 years of relevant experience**.* Candidates with experience in Treasury/Markets Governance, Product Control, Middle Office, Finance Control, Operational Risk, Audit, or Treasury Projects will be preferred.**Age Limit:*** Up to **55 years** as of the date of application.### Key Responsibilities* Conduct independent daily checks and monitoring of Treasury P&L across relevant business lines.* Review day-to-day movements, material variances, unusual gains/losses, valuation and accrual impacts.* Maintain governance dashboards covering P&L exceptions, control breaches, audit/regulatory observations, operational incidents, and project issues.* Monitor compliance with Treasury SOPs, internal governance requirements, SBP regulations, and applicable policies.* Support review and updating of Treasury policies, process manuals, SOPs, SLAs, control checklists, and governance documents.* Coordinate internal, external, regulatory, compliance, and risk reviews and track observations through to closure.* Support operational risk assessments, RCSA/KRI monitoring, incident reporting, root-cause analysis, and risk-mitigation plans.* Prepare accurate management information for senior management and committees.* Maintain complete and retrievable governance and project records.* Support Treasury projects through business requirements, process mapping, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue tracking.* Coordinate UAT planning, evidence, defect tracking, business sign-offs, and implementation readiness.* Assist with change control, post-implementation reviews, benefit tracking, and transition of completed solutions into business-as-usual operations.### Important Notes* Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.* No TA/DA will be admissible.* BOP reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.* BOP is an equal opportunity employer.
