Job summary

Bank of Punjab (BOP) in Karachi seeks a Regional Head – Transaction Banking Sales (South) to lead revenue growth, manage the sales pipeline and oversee client onboarding for moderate to complex corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned targets for fee income, float income, deposits, customer onboarding and transaction volumes.
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline through client visits and relationship management.
• Prepare and supervise cost-benefit analyses and client proposals.
• Cross-sell BOP products to existing and new customers.
• Conduct training, awareness and follow-up sessions with relevant business units.
• Ensure client documentation meets audit, compliance and operational requirements.
• Manage transaction banking solutions for moderate to complex clients.
• Monitor portfolio performance and work on improving revenue from low-income or declining-revenue clients.
• Support the growth and profitability of transaction banking client relationships.
