Frontier Works Organization is seeking a capable operations lead to oversee mining site activities at Nokundi. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with security, logistics, and technical units, and ensure adherence to plans, policies, and SOPs.

Strong leadership and risk management are essential for success. The role focuses on optimizing productivity, resource use, and timely decision-making under pressure, with responsibility for daily reporting and KPI tracking at the site

Qualifikationen

• Lt Col/Maj (Retd) or MS/BS in relevant managerial skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, supervise personnel, and maintain discipline.
• Strong understanding of site coordination, workforce planning, logistics, and resource utilization.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily mining site operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted execution of project activities.
• Supervise site personnel, departmental teams, and contractors to ensure compliance with operational plans, company policies, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project management, security, administration, logistics, and technical teams to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor workforce deployment, equipment utilization, material availability, and site resources to ensure effective operational performance.
• Implement site security procedures, emergency response plans, and operational safety protocols in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Prepare daily operational reports, monitor KPIs, and report progress, challenges, and incidents to senior management.
• Ensure discipline, effective communication, and adherence to SOPs across the mining site.
• Identify operational risks, resolve site-level issues, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and overall project performance.
