Job summary

Frontier Works Organization is seeking an experienced Geologist to lead mineral exploration efforts in Nok Kundi. The role requires planning and supervising field programs, geological mapping, and core logging, with integration of geochemical and geophysical data to identify targets.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of mineral geology experience, strong GIS and 3D modelling skills, and a proven track record in technical reporting, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• MS or BS in Geology with strong field experience.
• 8–10 years in mineral geology and exploration roles.
• Experience in geological mapping, core logging, and mineralization assessment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise mineral exploration programs and field activities.
• Conduct and oversee geological mapping and sampling at different scales.
• Identify and interpret lithology, alteration, mineralization, structures, and veins.
• Supervise geochemical sampling, pXRF surveys, and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate and interpret geophysical surveys (IP, ERT, MAG, and MT).
• Plan and supervise diamond drilling programs.
• Ensure systematic core logging, sampling, and geological data recording.
• Interpret assay results and integrate geological, geochemical, and geophysical data.
• Develop geological, alteration, and mineralization models using GIS and 3D software.
• Generate and evaluate mineral exploration targets.
• Prepare technical reports, work plans, budgets, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
