Job summary

National Bank of Pakistan in Karachi seeks Manager MIS (AVP) to develop and automate MIS dashboards covering SME credit approvals, portfolio quality, TAT, and risk analytics across 37 regions and 10 hubs.

You will generate management reports, support policy reviews, ensure data integrity, and drive automation using MS Access and Power BI; minimum 6 years banking experience with 3 years BI/Analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
• Candidates having Masters degree and / or any other relevant certification(s) will be preferred

Responsibilities

• To assist Unit Head MIS to Develop, automate, and manage MIS dashboards covering SME credit approvals, portfolio quality, TAT, delegated authority utilization and risk analytics across 37 Regions and 10 Hubs
• To generate accurate and timely management reports, scorecards, and performance dashboards for the Head of SME Risk, CRO, senior management, and Board Committees
• To perform portfolio analytics, including concentration analysis, risk migration, delinquency trends, early warning indicators (EWIs), and NPL monitoring to support proactive risk management
• To lead the automation and continuous enhancement of MIS reporting using business intelligence tools to improve efficiency and decision making
• To coordinate regulatory, audit, and management reporting requirements while providing analytical support for policy reviews, risk appetite assessment, and strategic business planning
• To ensure data integrity through reconciliation, validation, and governance of MIS sourced from core banking and related systems
• To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s)

Unit Head - MIS - SME Risk and RMG HR & Administration Division

Educational /Professional Qualification:

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
• Candidates having Masters degree and / or any other relevant certification(s) will be preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 06 years of banking experience out of which 03 years in Business Intelligence and / or Data Analytics and / or Project Management

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:

• Strong data interpretation, problem solving, and statistical analysis
• Accuracy in reporting and data handling
• Ability to maintain database reports at MS access and Power BI
• Verbal and communication skills
