Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word; basic understanding of Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal stakeholders for data regarding GL balancing and validation.
• Review and analyze reasons for non-balancing and non-validation of GLs.
• Review summarized reports of non-balancing and non-validation of GLs.
• Prepare action plans for remediation of non-balancing and non-validation.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly/annual MIS reports for GL balancing; escalate high-priority matters as needed.

Educational / Professional Qualification

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
• ACCA Qualified and / or ICMA Qualified and / or CA Part Qualified candidates will be preferred

Experience

• Minimum 06 years of experience in finance and / or accounts and / or article ship preferably with a financial institution and / or audit firm
• Hands on experience in handling GL accounts will be preferred

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required

• Sound understanding of business and financial acumen
• Excellent business communication, report writing and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Basic understanding of Power BI
• Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
• Well conversant with relevant regulatory guidelines

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities

• To liaise with Internal Stakeholders for collection of data regarding GL balancing and Validation
