Job summary

PTCL Group is seeking a Finance professional to manage international data billing, receivables, and payments. The role focuses on ensuring accurate financial records and timely SAP transactions in a dynamic ICT environment.

You will coordinate with multiple teams, resolve billing disputes, and support audits and monthly/annual financial reporting. A hybrid work model and family-friendly policies accompany the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / MBA Finance / ACMA / ACCA is required.
• Experience with wholesale billing, settlement, and vendor payments is essential.
• Proficiency in SAP for financial recording and reporting is expected.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Be responsible for managing international data billing, receivables, payments, and financial records related to IP and digital services. The role involves ensuring timely billing and collection, processing vendor and foreign administration payments, maintaining accurate records and reconciliations, and ensuring timely SAP transactions. The incumbent will coordinate with Business Solutions, Central Payments, Treasury, Taxation, Accounts, and other relevant stakeholders, while supporting audits, financial reporting, and resolution of billing and payment-related disputes.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

• Ensure timely collection and realization of billing receivables as per SOPs.
• Process payments related to satellite, cable, media, and international phone services.
• Maintain accurate billing, receivable, payable, and payment records.
• Perform periodic reconciliation of receivables and payables with customers and vendors.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of revenue, costs, expenses, and vendor payments in SAP.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to international data revenue and cable/media costs.
• Coordinate with Business Solutions, Central Payments, Treasury, Taxation, and Accounts teams on billing and payment matters.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for International Data Service account audits.
• Manage customer billing disputes and ensure timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with departmental processes, financial controls, and reporting requirements.
