Job summary

National Aerospace Science & Technology Park (NASTP), Aviation City Pakistan (ACP) seeks a Manager Finance to lead financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management, and reporting for the PMU. You will ensure prudent use of funds and compliance with financial controls.

Required: professional finance degree and at least 8 years in project finance or related fields; strong budget oversight and payment processing experience. Male/female eligibility. Max 45 age limit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project finance, cost control, construction accounting, or financial management.
• Qualification: Professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline; professional certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, expenditure plans, cost summaries, and periodic financial reports.
• Monitor allocations, commitments, liabilities, expenditures, payment projections, and available balances against approved provisions.
• Review contractor bills, supplier invoices, reimbursements, and supporting documents before processing through the approved payment pathway.
• Coordinate with contracts and quantity surveying functions to assess cost impacts of variations, claims, escalation, and schedule changes.
• Maintain financial records, reconciliations, tax and statutory documentation, audit trails, and management-ready financial information.
• Advise the Project Manager on financial risks, funding requirements, variances, and corrective measures.

The Manager Finance shall be responsible for financial planning, budgetary control, expenditure oversight, cash-flow management, payment review, and financial reporting for the PMU. The role shall ensure prudent utilization of project funds and compliance with approved financial controls
Qualification: Professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a recognized professional certification shall be advantageous.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project finance, cost control, construction accounting, or financial management.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, payments, reconciliations, controls, and financial reporting
