The Computer Operator shall provide digital data, document-processing, reporting, and information-management support to the PMU. Six incumbents may be assigned across project locations and PMU functions according to workload requirements
Qualification: Intermediate or bachelor’s degree with relevant computer, information technology, or office automation training.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data entry, computer operations, reporting, or digital record management.
Good working knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, scanning, and routine office software.

• Enter, update, verify, and maintain project data, correspondence indexes, progress records, cost information, issue logs, and other approved digital registers.
• Prepare formatted letters, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, summaries, dashboards, and routine printouts for review.
• Scan, organize, name, store, retrieve, and back up electronic records in accordance with approved file structures and access controls.
• Maintain data relating to site activities, procurement and contracts, payments, inspections, materials, manpower, and project reporting.
• Check data completeness and accuracy and promptly flag inconsistencies, duplicate entries, or missing source documents.
• Provide routine computer, printing, presentation, and electronic-record support during meetings, reviews, and reporting cycles.
