Job summary

National Aerospace Science & Technology Park (NASTP), Aviation City Pakistan (ACP) is seeking a Project Manager/Coordinator to support day-to-day planning, supervision, coordination, and monitoring of project execution across civil, structural, architectural, and allied disciplines.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering and a minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience; candidate must read drawings, monitor site works, coordinate contractors and consultants,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction, industrial, building-services, or multidisciplinary project execution.
• Practical ability to read drawings, monitor site works, maintain records, and coordinate contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities covering civil, structural, architectural, steel, electrical, mechanical, ELV, finishing, and allied works.
• Monitor work fronts, construction sequencing, manpower, materials, equipment, and progress against approved drawings and schedules.
• Review site submissions, method statements, material information, technical queries, inspection requests, and execution constraints for onward action.
• Verify site progress, measurements, quality, safety compliance, testing, commissioning, and readiness of completed works.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, PMU staff, and user representatives to resolve interfaces and maintain execution continuity.
• Prepare daily and periodic progress reports, issue logs, photographs, risk updates, and recommended corrective actions.

The incumbent shall support the Project Manager (Coordinator) in day-to-day planning, supervision, coordination, and monitoring of project execution. Two incumbents may be deployed across the project locations or assigned functional responsibilities according to implementation requirements.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction, industrial, building-services, or multidisciplinary project execution.
