Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• 3-5 years of mall operations, retail leasing or commercial property experience
• Strong knowledge of tenant handling, leasing processes and mall operations

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute mall operations to drive leasing activities and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract new brands and tenants.
• Maximize occupancy rate and rental revenue.
• Handle tenant queries, complaints, and operational issues efficiently.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Prepare periodic reports on revenue and leasing performance.
