Job summary

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA/ACMA with extensive experience in construction/real estate finance.
• 12–15+ years in finance with at least 6 years in senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and taxation laws.
• Proven track record in implementing integrated ERP solutions.
• Expertise in cost governance, financial planning, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level financial modeling and feasibility analysis for the board.
• Ensure ROI through strict cost-control and governance.
• Oversee project accounting, including WIP, cost allocation, and revenue recognition.
• Lead treasury, capital planning, and liquidity management for construction.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and SOPs; mentor finance team.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local tax/regulatory frameworks.
