Job summary

Alibaba Group in Pakistan is seeking a hands-on L&D specialist to design, deliver and oversee training programs for the Pakistan Logistics team. You will lead onboarding, develop SOPs, KPIs, and operating guidelines, and ensure training aligns with current processes.

You will create engaging materials, quizzes, and assessments, track attendance and results, collaborate with Operations Excellence and HR, and help frontline staff apply learning on the job while using LMS tools and analytics to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Logistics, or related field.
Certification in L&D or logistics is an advantage.
2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training or Logistics operations.
Experience designing and delivering training programs for frontline employees.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver technical training programs across Pakistan Logistics.
Conduct onboarding and training for new hires covering processes, SOPs, systems, KPIs, and expectations.
Develop and maintain training materials, SOP-based guides, and assessments.
Convert complex logistics processes into clear learning content.
Measure training effectiveness against relevant KPIs.
