Job summary

Tri-Angels Electronics, operating under the TRION brand in Karachi, seeks a Logistic Assistant to support timely and organized movement of products for our local operations.

You will assist in logistics operations, coordinate with shipping lines and transporters, and prepare dispatch, inventory, and delivery documentation while maintaining accurate records and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory or Distribution.
• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP and inventory control.
• Good understanding of shipments, freight forwarding and distribution.
• Experience in electronics, trading, distribution or import/export will be preferred.
• Understanding of basic logistics, dispatch, receiving, inventory control, and delivery coordination.
• Strong record-keeping skills with careful attention to quantities, product codes, dates, and documentation.
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for shipment tracking, stock updates, and basic reports.
• Ability to identify delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, delays, and missing documentation.
• Good communication, follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize urgent dispatches, and maintain accuracy during busy periods.
• Knowledge of Karachi routes and local delivery coordination is an advantage.
• Willingness to support warehouse and dispatch activities when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in logistics operations and nationwide distribution.
• Assist with customs bond documentation and shipment coordination.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, clearing agents and transporters.
• Prepare logistics and inventory reports for management.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch, receiving, inventory, and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouse staff, suppliers, and internal departments regarding shipment schedules.
• Track incoming and outgoing products and follow up on delayed, incomplete, or damaged deliveries.
• Verify quantities, product details, and supporting documents against purchase orders and delivery requirements.
• Update logistics records and provide accurate status.
