Responsibilities

• Assist in investigating shipment-related claims.
• Review delivery-related complaints and coordinate with departments.
• Understand the shipment lifecycle, including POD/POR concepts.
• Maintain claim records and investigation trackers in Excel.
• Review documents, photographs, emails and other evidence.
• Follow up with operational teams for findings.
• Assist in preparing claim summaries and highlight gaps.
• Ensure SOP adherence in investigations and documentation.
