Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipments and keep track of delivery statuses.
• Follow up on delayed, pending, or undelivered parcels.
• Manage re-delivery attempts, customer refusals and Return‑to‑Origin cases.
• Liaise with courier firms to resolve issues and handle escalations.
• Investigate lost, damaged or disputed shipments.
• Process courier claims while maintaining precise records.
• Oversee return shipments and address delivery exceptions quickly.
• Prepare daily logistics reports and update shipment logs.
• Identify recurring courier problems and work to lower return rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
