5Stars Ecommerce is seeking a Local E-Commerce Expert to lead product selection, sourcing, and store development in Multan. You will own launch strategies, manage Meta and Google Ads, and optimize campaigns for profitable growth in the local market.

The role requires hands-on experience with Shopify and proven results from launching local-market products. On-site work in Multan with accommodation considered for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum completed Intermediate / HSSC or higher qualification is required.
• Proven practical local e-commerce and product-launch experience is mandatory.
• Strong Shopify knowledge and hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads expertise.
• Experience with product research and local product sourcing.
• Understanding of margins, pricing, COD operations and customer acquisition.
• Ability to take ownership from product selection through launch and scaling.
• Show examples or results from previous e-commerce projects, explaining the brands or products, your role and measurable results where available.

Responsibilities

• Research and finalize profitable products for the local market.
• Analyze competitors, pricing, demand, margins and market potential.
• Find and negotiate with reliable suppliers to source products at competitive prices.
• Build and manage the Shopify store and plan complete product-launch strategies.
• Set up and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Test offers, audiences, creatives and funnels.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, AOV and overall profitability.
• Use data to optimize campaigns and store performance.
• Scale winning products once profitability is established.

Build and launch a local e-commerce brand with 5 Stars Ecommerce in Multan, from product selection and sourcing to Shopify, paid acquisition and profitable growth.

We are hiring an experienced Local E-Commerce Expert for a full-time, on-site role in Multan. Proven practical experience launching and scaling local-market products through Shopify, Meta Ads and Google Ads is essential.

Start by choosing the right product, validating demand and sourcing at the best practical cost. Then take ownership of store development, launch, paid acquisition, optimization and scaling. We are looking for demonstrated practical experience, not only theoretical or course-based knowledge.

Work Location: House #20-B, New Shah Shams Colony, Mumtazabad, Vehari Road, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan

Salary Structure: Up to PKR 40,000/month, depending on experience and performance.
