Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Freelance role based in Multan. The role involves managing product listings on Amazon and eBay, including creating accurate descriptions, updating prices, and maintaining inventory records. Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating with logistics for timely shipment, and monitoring customer messages to provide clear and professional responses. The role also involves tracking sales performance, identifying opportunities to improve listings and visibility, and assisting with basic marketing activities such as keyword optimization and promotional campaigns. The individual will collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent compliance with Amazon and eBay policies.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, preferably with experience managing listings on Amazon and/or eBay.
• Strong written communication skills for creating clear, accurate product descriptions and handling customer inquiries.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple listings, orders, and tasks efficiently.
• Comfort with basic data entry, spreadsheets, and online tools for tracking inventory, orders, and sales performance.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining product information, pricing, and stock levels.
• Ability to work on-site in Multan and collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
