Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online training sessions for freelance linguists.
• Provide live walkthroughs of the Linguist Hub App and Portal.
• Guide users on app navigation and job management features.
• Demonstrate how to upload documentation and track payments.
• Respond to common user questions and escalate issues as needed.
