Navigator HR Consulting Solutions is seeking a full‑time onsite outbound specialist in Lahore, working 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. You will identify prospects via LinkedIn, build lead lists, craft personalized outreach, and manage activities in a CRM to drive meetings.

You should have 2+ years in LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation, with strong English communication and the ability to explain technical needs to clients. Onsite role with growth opportunities in a dynamic tech-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and Hunter.io.
• Experience using CRM and lead-management tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confidence in handling client screening and introductory calls.
• Good understanding of web development, mobile apps, AI automation, SaaS and software development services.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them clearly.
• Target-oriented, organized, consistent and able to work independently.
• Must be available onsite from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
