HR Navigator is seeking a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist for a full-time, office-based role at our DHA office. Hours are 6 PM - 3 AM, Monday to Friday. The role focuses on lead generation, meetings, and strategy finalization with KPIs before joining.

Job description

This is a results-oriented, long-term role, focused on lead generation and meetings. Before joining, we will finalize the strategy and KPIs.

Compensation:

Base salary: PKR 75,000 for the first 3 months (probation)

Commission: 10% on business closed during probation

After 3 months: Base salary can increase to PKR 100,000-125,000 if targets are met, with commission adjusted to 5%
