CureMD Corporation, Lahore, Pakistan, seeks a Legal Associate to support contract management, compliance monitoring, and regulatory research. You will assist senior legal staff on disputes, draft and revise agreements, and help manage intellectual property in a governed framework.

The role requires 2+ years in corporate transactions, strong English communication, and the ability to work during evening hours (04:00 PM–01:00 AM PKT). Growth is supported via trainings and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• LL.B. / LL.M with 2+ years of transaction/corporate experience (1 year of litigation preferred).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Track record of drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements with strong communication and negotiation.
• Competent in legal research.
• Evening shift availability (04:00 PM–01:00 AM PKT).

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and negotiation of contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
• Provide legal research on regulatory changes related to data privacy, intellectual property, and corporate law.
• Support pre-litigation dispute management and liaise with external counsel.
• Assist in protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
• Contribute to corporate governance policy development and cross-department compliance.
• Conduct basic legal risk assessments and present findings to senior staff.
• Engage with regulators and business partners as needed.
• Manage the company’s intellectual property portfolio in compliance with regulations.

• Assist in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, focusing on compliance with local and international laws.
• Provide legal research on regulatory changes related to data privacy, intellectual property, and corporate law.
