Job summary

CureMD invites a Legal Associate to join our team in Lahore, focusing on contract management, regulatory research, and compliance. You will support senior legal staff in disputes and drafting, while helping manage intellectual property and governance requirements.

You will draft and negotiate agreements, conduct legal research on data privacy and corporate law, and assist with risk assessments and external liaison. This role requires evening shifts and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• LL.B. / L.L.M. with 2+ years of transaction or corporate experience (1 year of litigation experience with a law firm preferred).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong legal research capabilities.
• Ability to work in the Evening shift (04:00 PM–01:00 AM PKT).

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contracts with strict compliance to local and international laws.
• Conduct regulatory research on data privacy, intellectual property, and corporate law.
• Assist in pre-litigation dispute management and prepare supporting documentation.
• Support protection and enforcement of the company’s intellectual property rights.
• Contribute to corporate governance policy development and cross‑department compliance.
• Perform basic legal risk assessments and present findings to senior legal staff.
• Liaise with external regulators and business partners as needed.
• Assist in managing CureMD's intellectual property portfolio in line with applicable regulations.
