Job summary

Esire in Karachi, Pakistan is seeking a Fashion Designer for Western wear and leather garments to develop designs, tech packs, and production-ready samples from trends and brand direction. You will work closely with the Pattern Master and sample makers from concept to approved sample.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Fashion Design or related field, experience with woven and leather garments, strong hand and digital sketching skills (Illustrator/Photoshop), and clear communication with

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience in woven and leather garment design.
Proficient in sketching, both by hand and digitally with Illustrator/Photoshop.

Responsibilities

Research fashion trends, competitor launches, and customer feedback to generate ideas.
Create design concepts, sketches, and mood boards for new collections and launches.
Prepare clear tech packs covering measurements, materials, trims, colors, and construction details.
Select leather, fabrics, linings, and trims that fit design, quality, and cost targets.
Brief Pattern Master and sample team; follow each sample through development.
Review samples for look, fit, and finish; provide correction notes.
Keep records of designs, revisions, and approved samples.
Coordinate with creative, product, and sourcing teams on launch timelines.
