Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or relevant field.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in fashion design (preferably Western wear).
• Strong technical knowledge of pattern making and garment construction.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and CAD.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and styling.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Assist in designing Western wear collections in line with brand identity.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and seasonal collections.
• Conduct trend research and forecasting to stay ahead of market trends.
• Work on fabric selection, color palettes, and design detailing.
• Support in pattern making and execution of garments.
• Perform draping techniques for design development and fittings.
